    Youcom

    O programa Desdobra em 2018, desenvolvido em parceria com a Reframe - Inovação Colaborativa, tem como principal tema "Viver para Ser", acreditando na transformação da organização através do desenvolvimento das pessoas. E assim como os papéis que formam os primeiros moldes de cada coleção, desdobramos durante o ano um ambiente de abertura, confiança e conexão - tomando consciência, praticando e celebrando. O maior desafio do projeto era desdobrar estratégia e cultura da diretoria executiva até todos os gerentes de loja, compartilhando com aproximadamente 400 pessoas conceitos como mundo VUCA, modelo caórdico, Design Thinking e pensamento ágil. Paralelamente, a construção de uma cultura de abertura e confiança foi a linha conectora do programa, que contou com mais de 20 encontros com 6 diferentes grupos durante 12 meses.

     

    O projeto foi desenhado através de sessões de co-criação envolvendo um time multidisciplinar, com a equipe de gestão de pessoas como agente principal e auxílio do corpo executivo da empresa. Primeiramente, levantamos junto da Youcom os temas de interesse a serem tratados e levamos para uma conversa com o grupo de diretores. Desta conversa, surgiram insights que foram utilizados na criação dos encontros do programa, divididos em 3 etapas: tomada de consciência, prática e celebração. Após este processo, também co-criamos o conceito da Youcom City, tendo como storytelling principal os locais como cenário de cada etapa: a praia (tomada de consciência), a cidade (prática) e o parque de diversões (a celebração.) Assim, através de adesivos, os participantes marcavam em que parte da cidade estavam, criando engajamento através da gameficação do projeto.
